Privacy and your data 

Personal data processed about you in any declarations, discussions, or correspondence and assessments in relation to HS or Covid-19 will be processed in accordance with data protection law. We will use this personal data in order to ensure safety information is shared and to help reduce the spread of Covid-19. In addition to being able to provide you with any support or make appropriate adjustments to protect your and other peoples' health, safety and wellbeing whilst attending the offices and sites of operation.

Collection and use of this personal data is necessary for the productions or productions legitimate interests in reducing the risk of injury, reducing the spread of Covid-19 and ensuring the health and wellbeing of its employees and all other persons who might work with or visit the production in accordance with health and safety law.

 

Your personal data will be held securely and shall only be retained for a limited period of time. Data will only be shared on a need to know basis. This website is managed by ESS Safety Consultants Ltd, who are the data processor on behalf of the data controller. A copy of our data processor policy can be accessed here. Our privacy policy can be accessed here. All submissions are held securely in GDrive, with restricted access to authorised persons only. Data is removed in line with government guidance. As part of GDPR, you may request details of data that is held for you and request removal at any time.
